Does brighthouse have a forum? You might have better luck in a forum where there are all brighthouse users. But in my experience, if their support doesn't know, it probably doesn't exist. Most don't use alternate addresses when off the network, they use different ports. My ISP dns servers are 65.32.1.65 and 65.32.1.70, which is probably true for all Bright House customers in Central Florida. I had to add them to the benchmark tool's list. The results after a minute of testing were that my ISP's DNS is faster then google public dns, but only slightly.
