Hi there I'm new customer of PN and never bothered about ping in game (CS:GO) until now. My connection keeps dropping out and my ping is very erratic during gaming. I get ping spikes and only reboot router helps to bring back ping to level 60-70ms however after few minutes ping jumps to 1000ms again
The poor upload speeds are an obstacle, and if/when something better comes along I think that I'll move. For now, VM is the only deal in town for me, but I'm loathe to pay for the Vivid 350 service just to get a slightly better upload speed that I do at present. Grrrr.
